About ntwrkk

  • A partnership: Partners and alliances, started in a trusted room.
  • A hire: Roles shared with members before they reach a job board.
  • A deal: $250M in deals made possible through the community.
  • A decision: Sharpened by peers who have made the same call.
  • An ally: A peer who picks up the phone, long after the event.

For a decade, The Leadership Federation has run rooms built around a return. ntwrkk keeps those rooms open all year.

Why we built ntwrkk

The best conversations kept ending at the door.

A conclave lasts two days. The relationships it starts should last years, yet too many stalled at a promise to follow up.

ntwrkk keeps the room open: the same people and the same standard, every day, on web, iOS and Android.

Two halves of one network.

The room

Brings leaders together in person.

  • GCC Leadership Conclaves
  • Global BFSI and AI leadership summits
  • Invitation-only CXO Round Tables
  • Chaired sessions, Chatham House Rule

The network

Keeps them connected in between.

  • Warm introductions, never cold messages
  • Curated spaces and the Private Council
  • Opportunities before they go public
  • Every event, before and after

How we network

Networking, done properly.

Most networks optimise for more: more connections, more messages, more noise. We optimise for the one introduction that changes something.

Anatomy of an introduction

  1. 01You ask.

Tell us who you want to meet and why. A sentence is enough.

  2. 02We find the path.

Through someone you both know, or our team makes the introduction.

  3. 03Context goes first.

They see why it’s worth their time before they reply.

  4. 04They accept.

Contact details unlock only when both of you agree.

  5. 05You meet.

On a call, over coffee, or at the next conclave.

The house rules

Six rules every member keeps.

They’re why leaders reply when you reach out.

  1. 01

    Add everyone you meet.

    Relevance over reach.

Five right people beat five thousand followers.

  2. 02

    Cold messages.

    Warm introductions only.

Every intro comes through someone you both trust, or through our team.

  3. 03

    “Let’s connect.”

    Context with every intro.

Nobody is asked for their time without knowing why.

  4. 04

    Your details, everywhere.

    Private until you accept.

Your contact details stay hidden until both of you agree.

  5. 05

    Sales decks.

    Candour in the room.

Round tables are for honest conversation, not pitches.

  6. 06

    Everything on the record.

    The Chatham House Rule.

What’s said in the room stays in the room.

A letter from our founder

I started The Leadership Federation in 2015 with a simple conviction: senior leaders don’t need more events — they need rooms that return something.

Each format is designed around a return: a partnership started, a hire made, a decision sharpened, a peer who picks up the phone. If a room cannot show that kind of value, we do not run it.

India has become one of the world’s great capability engines, and the leaders who build it deserve a global stage.

Wherever you lead, there is a seat for you here. I look forward to meeting you in the room.
