Who we are
ntwrkk is a professional network operated by The Leadership Federation (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use ntwrkk.com and the ntwrkk app, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or the details your sign-in provider shares if you continue with Google or LinkedIn.
Your Portfolio: what you choose to add, such as your headline, role, experience, featured work, photo, priorities and what you can help with.
Activity: connections, follows, messages, endorsements, recommendations, reports and the settings you choose.
Usage: when you view a member’s Portfolio we record that view so they can see who viewed them this week. We also keep basic technical logs (such as browser type and IP address) to keep the service secure.
Website forms: the details you send through Contact, Talk to us, Partner with us or Apply for VIP.
How we use it
To run ntwrkk: show your Portfolio to the audiences you choose, deliver messages and requests, and send notifications.
To keep members safe: review reports, prevent spam and abuse, and verify badges you request.
To improve introductions and recommendations, only if “Personalised recommendations” is on in Settings.
To reply to you when you contact us. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t show you third-party advertising.
Who can see what
Your privacy settings decide who can see your profile, connections, networking intent, events and nearby status, and who can message you or send requests. Private notes, saved items and your settings are visible only to you. People you block can’t see your profile or contact you.
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database, files and sign-in) in Mumbai, India, and Vercel (website hosting). They process it only on our instructions.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your Portfolio and settings at any time. In Settings › Account you can download a copy of your data, deactivate your account (hidden until you sign back in) or delete it. Deletion takes effect after 30 days; signing in before then cancels it. After that, your account and content are permanently removed.
You can also contact us to access, correct or delete your information, or to raise a concern. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the GDPR.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember choices such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Children
ntwrkk is for professionals aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
