Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and The Leadership Federation, which operates ntwrkk. By creating an account or using ntwrkk you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information about yourself. One account per person; company pages are managed by their admins. Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
How we network
Be real: use your own name and describe your work honestly. Be useful: introductions and requests should have a clear reason. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, spam, scams or unsolicited sales pitches. Respect privacy: don’t share what someone told you in confidence or copy other members’ data.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can appeal a decision by contacting us.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the audiences you choose so we can run ntwrkk. You can remove it at any time; copies may remain in backups for a short period.
Paid plans
Some features need a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time; paid features continue to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Introductions and meetings
ntwrkk helps people meet but isn’t a party to what members agree between themselves. Use your own judgement before sharing information, entering a deal or meeting in person.
Availability
We work to keep ntwrkk available and secure, but it’s provided “as is”. Some features are labelled Preview while they are still being built.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the changes take effect.
